Directions for use:

Soak for up to 24 hours in clean water. Drain, replace with fresh water and boil until a “gel” like consistency appears. Blend, allow to cool and take a minimum of 1 desert spoon per day. Add directly to shakes, hot water, stews, soups and salads or as desired. Store: In a glass container and keep refrigerated. The purple sea moss gel will last for 2-3 weeks in the fridge. Store: Raw purple sea moss should be stored in cool dark place away from direct sunlight.
